About me

I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and during this time, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life, including people with neurodiversity, adults and adolescents, those with acute mental health difficulties and people from diverse ethnic backgrounds. My experience spans a broad range of difficulties, including depression, social anxiety, panic disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, hoarding, incontinence anxiety, sleep problems, psychosis, drug and alcohol problems and more. My approach is rooted in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which empowers clients to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, enabling them to make meaningful, lasting changes. Currently, I work as a Senior CBT Therapist within the NHS, where I support individuals and teams in overcoming complex mental health issues. My extensive experience has equipped me with the skills to adapt and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach, focusing on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns to create meaningful change. One area I’m particularly passionate about is supporting individuals struggling with low self-esteem, helping them build confidence and a more positive self-view. Whether you’re struggling with a specific mental health challenge or seeking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to support you. Together, we can work toward creating a healthier, more empowered life.
