Book a sessionFixing things has always been my passion. Whether it’s objects or complex problems, I thrive on finding solutions. My dedication to understanding, analysing, and solving issues extends beyond physical repairs—it's about finding meaningful answers to life's challenges. I am committed to helping you overcome obstacles, no matter how complex or overwhelming they may seem. Originally from the vibrant city of Barcelona, I began a new chapter of my career in London in 2014. With over two decades of experience, I have helped individuals recover from a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety (all forms), depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, and psychosis. Strategic Brief Therapy (BST) is my primary approach, encompassing a solution-focused and goal-oriented mindset. Together, we'll identify the underlying factors contributing to your challenges and develop practical strategies for change. In BST, the focus is on understanding how the problem operates rather than searching for its causes. Instead of dwelling on why the problem exists, we'll investigate how the problem functions and determine the most effective solution. The focus is on encouraging action first, allowing cognitive processes to follow. This experiential approach facilitates understanding through personal engagement: knowing through changing. In addition to anxiety disorders and depression, I specialise in addressing binge eating, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health issues like psychosis. I also have extensive experience in neuropsychology and dementia care. As a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist and Strategic Brief Therapist with over 20 years of experience, I offer online therapy in English, Spanish, and Catalan. My areas of specialisation encompass anxiety disorders (panic attacks, OCD, health anxiety, agoraphobia, social anxiety), specific phobias (acrophobia, zoo phobia…), depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief.
