Sophie has over 10 years’ experience working with individuals with complex mental, personality and systemic difficulties in a variety of clinical settings in the UK. She has experience of delivering evidence-based therapy for people across a range of age groups, cognitive abilities, and backgrounds. Some of the difficulties she has treated include: depression; anxiety; emotion regulation difficulties; low self-esteem; stress and burnout; perinatal and parenting difficulties. Sophie specialises in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
