This is an integrative approach which incorporates theory and practice from existential/humanistic approaches, as well as psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies, such as Acceptable and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Sophie is currently undertaking additional training at Tavistock Relationships in psychosexual therapy. Dr Sophie Dilley is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist working in the NHS and in private practice. She has experience of working with individuals and couples facing a range of difficulties in life. These include depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, difficulties with sex, relationship issues, and chronic pain.
