Book a sessionHello I’m Shereen, I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a particular interest in anxiety disorders such as, Panic disorder, Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), Social anxiety, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and Health anxiety. I also have experience helping people who have depression too. I know it can be daunting speaking to a complete stranger about things that can make you feel vulnerable. My priority is to create a safe space, where we work together to help you get where you’d like to be. In addition to my work at Helloself, I work part time in the NHS as a CBT therapist and a Clinical Supervisor.
