I offer treatments to empower you to become your own expert in managing and respond to your own mental health symptoms. Therefore, my aim is to support you to become equipped with the effective tools or learn new skills as well as practice ones you already have (and forgotten about) to be able to manage your symptoms and that one day, independently.
