She has commitment and passion in delivering high quality, client-centred psychological services. She works with a wide range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders and has a special interest in trauma. Rosina has been a mental health professional for over 18 years within both the NHS and the private sector and has experience providing treatment in several services including specialist crisis services, addiction services and primary care. Her qualifications and training include: Undergraduate Studies in Psychology and English Bachelor of Mental Health Nursing Post Graduate Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Studies Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy Numerous Continuing Professional Development Courses including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, DBT, Polyvagal Theory and Trauma Focused CBT. She also holds a Mindfulness Teacher Certificate and Hypnosis Certificate.
