Roje has been part of various mental health care provision, which specialise in supporting professionals in law and in investment banking. Roje's specialism lies in CBT and health psychology, as she has experience in Occupational Therapy services and long-term health conditions, which allow her to combine both mental health and physical health interventions. Roje is fluent in five languages and has a passion for Latin and Ballroom dancing and weight training. For over twenty years, Roje has been supporting a range of mental health services within the NHS, educational and voluntary sectors. As an Accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, she helps to identify and treat mental health problems in adults, such as anxiety disorders and depression, as well as supporting people through work related stress, personal and relationship issues, health conditions, childhood and adult life trauma. Roje's educational background includes an MSc in Health Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has a Post-graduate Diploma in Low- Intensity CBT interventions from University College London (UCL), and a B.A. in Psychology/ Sociology from University of Westminster.
