About me

I strive to use a compassionate, warm and authentic approach, working collaboratively with individuals to meet their goals and reduce distress. I have strong experience and skills in completing assessments, therapy and interventions for a range of needs, including depression; anxiety; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, relationship difficulties, work stress and trauma. My work is informed by range of approaches including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). I have over ten years experience working with individuals with diverse clinical presentations, including those with mental health, behavioural and neurodevelopmental needs, in a variety of clinical contexts in the UK. I completed my clinical doctorate in 2019 and currently work as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
