I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life make meaningful, lasting changes to their mental health and well-being. In addition to my work with clients, I also work as an Associate Professor, training and supervising trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, helping them develop their skills and enhanced their understanding of the therapeutic process. This role has deepened my commitment to providing the highest standard of care, both as a therapist and as a tutor. I have a specialist interest in supporting individuals with social phobia, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and neurodiversity-related challenges, including autism and ADHD.
