About me

My approach to therapy is with compassion and a genuine curiosity about your personal experience. I provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help you understand the underlying causes of your difficulties and develop tools you need to manage them effectively. I’ve worked with a wide range of presentations in my 15 years experience of helping people manage their mental health, from those dealing with everyday stress to those facing more complex issues like trauma or long term health conditions. I use a variety of interventions to help you to develop the skills you need to manage your emotions and build a happier, healthier life. Whether you’re looking to overcome a specific problem or simply want to improve your overall wellbeing, I’m here to listen, understand and guide you. Together, we can work towards a brighter future.
