About me

Niollie is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2011 at the University of East London. She has worked in a number of clinical settings, such as Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), Older People's Mental Health Service and Diagnostic Memory Clinic, Adult Neuro-rehabilitation/Brain Injury Service and Forensic Mental Health Services. Niollie has worked with people of all ages and has experience working with a number of presentations, which include common mental health problems (e.g., stress, anxiety and depression) and complex mental health disorders (e.g., Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorder etc.). Her approach is inclusive and culturally sensitive. She also qualified as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist in 2016 and works with adult family members, focusing on parent-adult child and sibling relationships. She also works with couples experiencing relationship issues, with a particular interest in working with couples where one partner has (or both partners have) mental health and/or neurodivergent needs (e.g., Autism or ADHD) using a compassionate and neuroaffirming lens. Niollie currently works in the NHS as a Principal Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Lead in a Forensic Mental Health Service. Alongside her clinical work with clients, her private practice involves working with a range of organisations and staff teams providing clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions using systemic, resilience-based and compassion-focused approaches.
