I have worked in Mental Health for over 15 years and as a senior lead and consultant in the NHS for over 10 years. I am very experienced in providing CBT and blended approaches to work with mental health difficulties such as Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health related anxiety, stress management, work related stress, Burnout, phobias, low self-esteem and grief and loss.
