Specialties: I specialise in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety spectrum disorders, including: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Panic Disorder; Social and Performance Anxiety Phobias; Health Anxiety. In addition, I offer therapy for Depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Therapeutic Approach: At the core of my therapeutic approach is you—the individual. I believe in creating a fully personalised treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals. This isn't about you fitting into a standard therapy model but about providing customised, high-quality, evidence-based interventions that help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being. I aim to support you in understanding your difficulties and empower you to take steps toward lasting change and improved quality of life.
