About me

I qualified in 1997 and became accredited with the BABCP in 2006. I worked primarily with Children and Young People for the first 15 years of my career using CBT. I then lectured in Psychological therapies from 2006- 2013 at Plymouth University before moving to CBT with Adults of Working Age. I took a teaching position in the UAE from 2015-2023 before returning to the UK to continue working with all age groups. My focus is CBT, but delivered in a friendly, bespoke environment to customize successful psychological solutions for my service receivers.
