About me

I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), Couple Therapist and EMDR Therapist - specialising in the treatment of anxiety and depression disorders. Therapy can be a daunting process, not knowing where to start, not knowing what therapist is right for you, and not knowing exactly what you need. A non-judgmental, compassionate, empathic space, to talk about the things that are currently challenging you at present, might be a good place to start. Therapy is about guiding you through life's most difficult moments, past and present in a safe and conducive space. If you are struggling as an individual or as a couple, I can provide appropriate support. You're not alone and well done for taking such a courageous step. I offer support for the following: Low self-esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Stress, OCD, PTSD, Trauma, Heath Anxiety, Worrying, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Emetophobia, Skin Picking, culturally sensitive therapy, Couple Therapy, Relational issues Etc. Going through a hard time is never your fault or something you should suffer with alone, I am here to support you. I have specific interests in Depression, Low self-esteem, Trauma, Couple Therapy, and Anxiety. I am an accredited BABCP therapist and have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS and private sector. I have additional training in long term health conditions (LTC) and couple therapy for depression. I am highly experienced and passionate therapist in both treatment provision and assessment.
