Jason believes that therapy can be a transformative experience, which can help an individual to understand more about themselves; why they feel, think or act in certain ways.
Book a sessionJason will explore with clients how their early lives may impact the issues they bring to therapy today. Within his practice, Jason will often work in an integrative way that is based on a client’s individual needs and goals for therapy, drawing on different therapeutic approaches where necessary. Jason has extensive training in cognitive-behavioural approaches (CBT), but utilises other treatment models within his clinical practice. Jason has specialist knowledge in the treatment of eating disorders having worked alongside colleagues including Professors Ulrike Schmidt and Janet Treasure. Jason has worked with individuals experiencing severe depression and anxiety disorders, interpersonal and relationship issues, sleeping difficulties and insomnia, as well as low self-esteem, self-harming and addictions.
