Therapy allows us to untangle, organise and understand what we're stuck on. With nearly a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from people with a wide range of difficulties. This has helped me develop the knowledge and tools to confidently support people searching for understanding and direction, whether for a recent development or a lifelong issue. I have experience in CBT and still incorporate it when appropriate. However, my primary focus is to work with clients on a deeper level using my extensive training and experience in trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and IFS. This allows me to work with clients on a profound level, leading to the most significant change.
