Clinical Psychologist with many years experience working with a range of difficulties including stress and anxiety, psychosis and Bipolar Spectrum Disorders.
Book a sessionI use evidence-based therapies to help people identify their strengths and better understand and manage any areas of distress, helping them to feel more in control and able to get on with the things that are most important to them. Therapy is always tailored to the individual goals of a person. I understand that therapy can sometimes feel a bit daunting initially - I have a gentle, compassionate approach and hope to help people to feel safe to talk. I have extensive experience of working with people (in both community mental health and acute hospital settings) experiencing a range of difficulties, including stress, work-related difficulties, low mood, anxiety, psychosis and bipolar spectrum disorders. I work primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
