Book a sessionI am a qualified counsellor, coach and cognitive behavioural therapist with over twenty five years experience of working with a wide variety of people and issues. I have worked as a CBT therapist in NHS Talking Therapies for over ten years supporting people who experience depression and anxiety based disorders. I have also facilitated group therapy for anger, depression, anxiety management, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, menopause and long COVID. I have particular interest in therapy for Long Term Health Conditions, self-esteem, worry, menopause and anger. I have also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. To me, people are already resourceful, can solve their own problems and can improve their own lives given the right tools. Unfortunately, sometimes people can end up in cycles and don’t understand how these have been created and can’t see a way out. It is my job to collaboratively help you to, initially, understand your cycles and then help you to see what changes can be made for you to be able to reach your goals and true life potential.
