Book a sessionAfter suffering for years I completed a course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, some 20 years ago and it was life changing. This gave me the motivation to train as a CBT therapist and gave me the experience on both sides of the therapy room, which has been invaluable. I understand how difficult making that first step can be. I provide a safe space to discuss your difficulties, with active listening and gentle questioning. I then create a treatment plan to support you through the difficulties. I have a big focus on compassion, after working with clients for 10 years, it highlights how critical we can be of ourselves. I have worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and then qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and have worked as a senior in both roles.
