As well as using CBT techniques she also draws on other modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) in her work with clients. Debra is a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with 12 years of NHS experience of supporting adults with mental health issues. She has extensive experience of assessing and treating adults suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and low self-esteem. Prior to working in the NHS she worked in care-settings supporting various client groups including adults with cerebral palsy and Alzheimer’s Disease.
