She uses intergrative mixed approach suited to mixed and co-morbid presentations. With over 10 years of experience of working with adults from diverse backgrounds suffering from different types of anxiety disorders and depression, Daria has worked in different clinical settings; both as a therapist and supervisor working with complex and long standing presentations. Within the NHS she currently works as a Specialist CBT Therapist and provides consultation and supervision to peers and therapists in training. Daria is accredited CBT Supervisor and is actively involved with Clinical Psychology Doctorate programme at University College London. She has an in depth knowledge of assessment and treatment of: trauma (PTSD), OCD, low self esteem, health/social anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress/burn out, ADHD, perfectionism, excessive worrying, phobias and habit reversal. As an interpersonal therapist Daria is skilled in working through depression caused by losses, conflicts, transitions and changing unhelpful patterns in relating to others. She specialises in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and is trained in Metacognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and has experience in Mindfulness based approaches including Coaching.
