Book a sessionClare listens carefully to each client’s difficulties, and then tailors therapy to meet their needs. She draws upon various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy and systemic to help clients achieve change. Clare believes strongly that psychological therapy should be accessible and transparent. Clare currently works as a senior psychologist in the NHS. She has almost 10 years' experience of delivering evidence-based therapy in inpatient, outpatient and community settings in the NHS and private sector. Clare has worked with clients facing a range of difficulties, including eating disorders, severe and enduring mental illness, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and life stresses, such as bereavement and job loss. Special Interests: Eating disorders; psychosis; PTSD. Having had a previous career in the financial services sector, Clare is also keen to support people experiencing work-related challenges.
