About me

Chloe is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to form a shared understanding of how a concern has developed and what has been keeping it going. Eliciting feelings of emotional safety and self-compassion are key strategies to help clients reach their goals and maintain progress once therapy is complete. Chloe has been working with people experiencing emotional challenges for over 10 years. She has provided evidence-based therapy to support a range of emotional conditions, including anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), low mood, emotional regulation problems, trauma, low self-esteem, stress management, tics/habit reversal and coping with difficult life events. Within the NHS, Chloe has developed further interests in health psychology and has provided therapy for people learning to cope with a variety of physical health conditions, including diabetes, obesity and persistent physical symptoms resistant to medical intervention. Chloe is also skilled when working with new parents, including those within the perinatal period, alongside young people experiencing the transition from adolescence to young adult life. Therapy can be integrative with key approaches consisting of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
