I am CBT, NET and IPT Psychotherapist. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working for the NHS alongside my private work. I specialise in depression, anxiety disorders and complex trauma/PTSD.
Book a sessionI can understand that looking for therapy can be overwhelming. My main priority is to create a comfortable space where you can feel supported and listened to. Having the courage to acknowledge personal difficulties and asking for help is the very important first step! Our sessions will be a non-judgmental safe space where I will respect your own pace and will support you to share your difficulties when you feel comfortable to do so. Our work together will include the opportunity to reflect and to be heard, processing difficult emotions, but also practical exercises to empower you to create positive change in your life and break old habits. My approach is flexible, we will be working as a team, where we will agree together on a personalized treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs. Hopefully, by the end of our sessions you will have a ‘toolkit’ with a range of techniques and exercises that you would be able to use whenever life brings you challenges.
