It is an effective psycho-education form of therapy, to help you learn where you maybe getting caught in a vicious cycle. Has a great impact on managing anxiety and depression. Psychodynamic approach - This is where we go back into the past and start to make connections on what seems to be coming up for you today, unfortunately we cannot change the past but we can learn from it and help ourselves understand where we maybe repeating patterns. Transactional analysis - This is where we explore how you relate to others and vice versa through (transaction) of communication and behaviour by exploring your ego states (parent, adult and child) by using the PAC model.
