I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR therapist. I will support you in developing new skills and adaptive responses to dealing with problems, traumas, emotions, or symptoms.

I work with CBT and EMDR to address health problems such as chronic pain. I’m very experienced, with more than fifteen years working in the NHS, addiction and eating disorders services. Changing as a person, adjusting or becoming more accepting of problems can be a daunting process. So, in therapy, we will develop a shared understanding of your needs and emotions and what contributes to your problems. I will motivate you to take steps in the direction that matters to you by applying effective strategies. Working together, we will aim to break free from worry, negative thinking, or undermining behaviours. I can offer therapy in English and Greek.
