Book a sessionAnna is a highly experienced, BABCP accredited Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), specialist in PTSD and Complex PTSD and multilingual therapy (English, Spanish, Russian & Italian). Anna specialises in working with adult clients who have problems with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD (childhood trauma, accidents, assaults, issues of military combat). Her approach is personalised and creative, focused on growth and resilience and informed by her extensive training and experience in CBT and complemented by ideas & techniques from Compassion Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. Anna has over 14 years’ CBT experience with adult clients in the NHS, private sector and higher education establishments. Having worked extensively with people who have common mental health problems (depression and anxiety) including long term health conditions and complex trauma, Anna has experience using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) with refugees and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with military veterans who experience complex PTSD. Anna is passionate about further learning and development. She is currently doing a masters degree in Spanish in Applied Positive Psychology and is working part time as a Consultant Supervisor supporting CBT trainees on placement. Anna’s clients describe her as a compassionate and inspiring therapist who motivates and supports them to identify their critical areas for development, giving them the tools to live a happier and healthier life.
