Book a sessionAnna is a Senior BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), specialist in PTSD and multilingual therapy (English, Spanish, Russian & Italian). Anna specialises in working with adult clients who have problems with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD. Her approach is personalised and creative, focused on growth and resilience and informed by her extensive training and experience in CBT and complemented by ideas & techniques from Compassion Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. Anna has over 14 years’ CBT experience with adult clients in the NHS, private sector and higher education establishments. Having worked extensively with people who have common mental health problems (depression and anxiety) including long term health conditions and complex trauma, Anna has experience using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) with refugees and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with military veterans who experience complex PTSD. Also, Anna has a masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology. In addition to her private work, Anna works part time as a CBT therapist and Supervisor in a specialist step 4 service providing support for complex PTSD.
