Dr Audrey Ng has over 20 years of clinical practice working in the NHS and has been a Consultant since 2010. She believes passionately in individualised patient centred care and has a solid track record of setting up services aligned to this. She helped to set up an NHS service in liaison psychiatry in 2012 which was accredited excellent by the Royal College of Psychiatrists shortly after inception. Since then she has innovated a new clinical model for mental health of older adults within the acute hospital which was awarded first place in the 2019 National Awards for Positive Practice Mental Health Collaborative. Her successful work in developing a frequent attender project in the emergency department eventually formed the operational model used in the North West London Commissioning for Quality and Innovation Scheme (CQUIN) which was also successful. She now works in private practice and sees patients at the Priory Hospital in Roehampton where she has inpatient admitting rights.
