Therapy is always tailored to the individual goals of a person. Since qualifying as a clinical psychologist, I have worked jointly in research and as a senior psychologist for the NHS. I have extensive experience working with people experiencing, amongst other things, psychosis, depression, anxiety and low self-confidence. I often draw on other models where relevant, for instance Compassionate Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
